Joan Fitzgerald and Michael J. Walsh assess twelve outcomes and identify four larger actions needed to accelerate progress.
The report looks beyond city government to the roles of institutions, businesses, communities, and state and federal policy. It was developed as the first installment of a biennial assessment.
