While at Cadmus, Michael J. Walsh worked with a team from Cadmus and Synapse Energy Economics on a carbon pricing study for Rhode Island’s environmental, energy, and transportation agencies.

The assignment evaluated pricing options and uses of the revenue, including effects on emissions, households, the economy, and health. The resulting report was published in February 2021.
