Independent Comments on Massachusetts’ Future of Gas Investigation

Michael J. Walsh independently reviewed the Massachusetts gas utilities’ pathways analysis in D.P.U. 20-80. He submitted comments in May 2022 addressing renewable fuels and hybrid heating, followed by an October final comment introducing the LEAP framework.

This was independent work and is separate from his later engagement for the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General on Climate Compliance Plans.
