While at Cadmus, Michael J. Walsh led a team of 40 professionals across 10 organizations, coordinating technical research and stakeholder engagement for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs. The work brought together specialists across organizations to assess routes to net-zero emissions by 2050.
The assignment covered energy use, non-energy emissions, land, and economic and health impacts. It produced the Roadmap and supporting technical reports and informed the state’s 2030 planning.
