Michael J. Walsh developed the Local Energy Asset Planning framework to organize the data needed for targeted electrification, non-pipeline alternatives, and integrated energy planning.

The project produced a 2022 white paper for HEET, RMI, and the Boston Green Ribbon Commission. The associated software is available for use in contracted engagements, and a public demo version is in development.
