Groundwork Data and Consensus Building Institute supported the Massachusetts Office of Energy Transformation’s work on the Everett Marine Terminal. The assignment examined the terminal’s role in serving gas customers and options for managing gas distribution reliance on it during the energy transition.
The engagement produced a working-group report to the Energy Transformation Advisory Board on June 11, 2026, followed by a research compendium dated July 10, 2026.
